Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Marvenio, Inc. collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit marvenio.com (the "Site"), contact us, or receive marketing messages from us. It also explains the choices you have.

In this policy, "Marvenio," "we," "us," and "our" mean Marvenio, Inc., a Delaware corporation. "Personal information" means information that identifies you or that can reasonably be linked to you.

Privacy at a glance

  • We collect what you enter in our form, including whether you checked our email or text opt-in boxes. We also collect basic technical data needed to run the Site and, only if you agree, analytics about how you use it.
  • We use your information to respond to you and, if you opted in, to send you product and services updates.
  • Analytics load only after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the Site footer.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their own marketing.
  • You can opt out at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text, or email service@marvenio.com.

1. Who we are

Marvenio is a US-based technology company with a core competency in sales and marketing. We offer businesses a coordinated marketing and consultative sales platform and related professional services. You can reach us at service@marvenio.com or by mail at Marvenio, Inc., 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901.

2. What this policy covers, and what it does not

This policy covers the Site and its forms, your communications with us, and our own marketing by email and text message.

This policy does not cover information we process on behalf of our clients. When a business uses the Marvenio platform or our professional services, we may handle information about that business's own customers, leads, and contacts, such as contact details, messages, and appointment history. In that role we act as a service provider to the business (sometimes called a "processor"). We handle that information under our agreement with the business and on its instructions, and the business's own privacy notice governs it. If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question or a privacy request, please contact that business directly. If you contact us instead, we will refer you to the business or help it respond where our agreement allows.

Emails and text messages that a business sends you through our platform are sent on that business's behalf, under the consent you gave that business and its terms. To stop them, follow the opt-out instructions in the message, for example by replying STOP to a text.

Our platform subscriptions and professional services are provided under separate written agreements with our clients. Those agreements, not this policy, govern how we handle client data.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a Fit Assessment or contact us through the Site, we collect:

  • your name;
  • your work email address;
  • your company name;
  • your phone number, if you choose to give it (it is optional);
  • the topic you choose under "What do you want help with?"; and
  • whether you checked either of our two optional opt-in boxes, one for product and services updates by email and one for product and services updates by text.

With each form submission, we also record the address of the page the form was on and the date and time you sent it. We record which version of the consent wording appeared next to the opt-in boxes, so we can show what you agreed to.

If you choose to book a meeting time after you submit the form, a scheduling tool collects the details needed to set up the meeting, such as your name, email address, and the time you choose.

We also keep the messages you send us and our replies, for example when you email us or speak with our team.

Please do not send us sensitive information, such as health information, financial account numbers, or government identification numbers, through the Site or by email. We do not need it to respond to your request.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our cloud hosting provider automatically processes some technical information. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We need this information to deliver pages to you and to protect the Site from spam and abuse. Server access logs hold this information for up to 90 days.

If you accept analytics in our cookie banner, we also collect information about how you use the Site. This includes the pages you view, how long you stay, the links you click, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city or region) based on your IP address. See section 7.

Information from other sources

We do not buy personal information about Site visitors from other companies. When you ask to talk with us, we may look at public information about your business, such as its website, to prepare for the conversation.

4. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your request, schedule and hold a Fit Assessment, demo, or call, and follow up with you about it;
  • understand your business needs so we can tell you whether and how we can help;
  • send you product and services updates by email or text message, but only if you checked the matching box (see section 6);
  • operate, secure, and maintain the Site, including preventing spam, fraud, and abuse;
  • understand how visitors use the Site and improve it, if you accept analytics;
  • keep records of your consent choices and opt-out requests so we can honor them;
  • comply with the law, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect the rights, property, and safety of Marvenio, our clients, and others; and
  • carry out any other purpose we describe to you when we collect the information, or that you agree to.

Each form submission is sent by email to our team at service@marvenio.com. The email includes every field you completed, whether each opt-in box was checked, and the submission details described in section 3. We may also keep your details in the systems we use to manage our own sales conversations and mailing lists. Section 8 explains how long we keep them.

If you give us your phone number but do not check the text box, we will use your number only to contact you about your request. We will not send you marketing text messages unless you check the text box.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share personal information only in these ways:

  • Service providers. We use companies that help us run our business and process information on our behalf. Our contracts with them limit how they may use it. They include our cloud hosting provider, our business email provider, our analytics providers (named in section 7), our email delivery provider, our text messaging provider, and a scheduling tool, if you choose to book a time.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that the law, a court order, or a government request requires it. We may also disclose it when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Marvenio, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Marvenio is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. This policy will continue to apply to it unless we give you notice otherwise.
  • With your consent. We may share information for other purposes when you ask us to or agree to it.

Mobile numbers and text consent. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text message opt-in and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our text messaging provider uses your number only to deliver our messages and process opt-outs on our behalf.

6. Email and text marketing

Both opt-in boxes on our form are unchecked by default. You do not have to check either box to submit the form, to speak with us, or to buy anything from us.

Email

If you check "Send me product and services updates by email.", we may send you emails with updates about Marvenio products and services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing service@marvenio.com. After you unsubscribe, we may still email you about a request you made or a business relationship you have with us.

Text messages

If you check "Send me product and services updates by text." and give us your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Marvenio about our products and services at that number. We send marketing texts only if you both check the text box and give us a number.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier with questions about your plan.
  • Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send one message confirming that you have unsubscribed, and then we will stop sending you marketing texts.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email service@marvenio.com.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number first or tell us at service@marvenio.com, so we do not text the number's next owner.

Our full text messaging terms are in section 9 of our Terms of Service.

7. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, and scripts that collect information about your visit. We use them as follows.

  • Necessary. The Site saves two choices in your browser so it can remember them on your next visit. They are your light or dark theme and your cookie choice. These do not require your consent.
  • Analytics, only with your consent. When you first visit, a cookie banner asks whether you accept analytics. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. Analytics cookies and scripts do not load until you accept. If you accept, we use Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. We may also use PostHog, a service of PostHog, Inc., for the same purpose and under the same consent.
  • Advertising. We do not use advertising cookies or pixels on the Site. We set Google's consent settings so that advertising storage stays off.

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the Site footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as intended.

To learn how these providers handle data, see Google's page How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the PostHog privacy policy.

Browser privacy signals

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so the Site does not respond to Do Not Track signals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a rejection of analytics for that browser, and analytics do not load. We also treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. That includes responding to you, maintaining a business relationship, keeping accurate records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations.

  • Form submissions and correspondence. We keep these for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, we keep them as part of our records of that relationship.
  • Opt-in and opt-out records. We keep these for as long as you are subscribed and for 5 years after you opt out. They let us show that you consented and keep honoring your opt-out.
  • Analytics data. We keep analytics data about visits for up to 14 months. Totals that do not identify anyone, such as the number of visits to a page, may stay longer.
  • Server access logs. We keep these for up to 90 days.

When we no longer need information, we delete it or de-identify it. We may keep information longer when the law requires it or while a dispute is open.

9. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include encrypted connections to the Site and access controls that limit who can see form submissions. No website, email system, or data storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we have about you and how we use and share it, and get a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete personal information;
  • receive your personal information in a portable format;
  • opt out of the sale of personal information, its sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, and certain profiling (we do not do any of these);
  • withdraw consent you gave us, such as for marketing messages or analytics cookies; and
  • appeal our decision if we decline your request.

California and a growing number of other U.S. states give their residents some or all of these rights. Which rights you have depends on where you live and on the terms of that state's law. Wherever you live in the United States, you can send us a request, and we will respond as the law requires. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose that would give you a right to limit it under California law.

How to make a request. Email service@marvenio.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line, or write to us at the mailing address in section 15. We may need to verify your identity before acting on some requests, usually by confirming information you have already given us, such as your email address. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We may ask the agent for proof of your permission and ask you to confirm your identity with us directly.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we decline your request, we will explain why and tell you how to appeal. To appeal, reply to our decision or email service@marvenio.com with "Privacy appeal" in the subject line.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

California residents may also ask once a year whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not make those disclosures.

11. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at service@marvenio.com and we will delete it.

12. Visitors outside the United States

The Site is operated from the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. If the law where you live gives you additional rights, contact us and we will respond as that law requires.

The Site may link to other websites and services, such as integration partners or social media pages. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not apply to them.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, such as posting a notice on the Site.
