The platform, and the team that builds and runs it.
Marvenio is a technology company with a core competency in sales and marketing. The Marvenio platform is the foundation we build on. Our engineers extend it to whatever your business needs, and our sales and marketing team can run the work with you, channel by channel.
Marvenio is a technology company with a core competency in sales and marketing. Choose the competencies you want help with; every one of them works from the same platform and the same record.

01
Sales
Every inquiry answered in seconds, then worked to a decision by your team.
Agencies bring people. Software brings a system. You need both on the same record.
When the team running a channel and the workbench measuring it share one record, nothing gets lost between the ad, the conversation and the sale. Keep the agencies and teams you have; Marvenio becomes the record they all report to.
Sales
The Lead Management Workbench. Every inquiry answered in seconds, then worked to a decision.
The platform answers every new inquiry in seconds with an automated first reply and starts the right journey. From there the workbench tells each rep the next action. Your team holds the conversations; our sales specialists design the motion and tune it with you.

Calls, voicemail, texts, email and form inquiries arrive together, with sales inquiries separated from service requests.

Capabilities, not a package. You choose who runs each one.

Highlight
Every capability below can be run three ways. Choose one to see what it means.
Run by us. Our marketing team runs the channel day to day, with your approval where it matters, and reports into your record.
Run with you. We share the work. Your team keeps the parts it wants and we handle the rest, on the same platform.
Your team. Your own team or agency runs it on the platform. It still reports into the same record.

Customer journeys
One journey, from first click to repeat customer.
Automated journeys mix email and text with CRM tasks and call tasks for your team, from awareness and a new inquiry through booking, purchase, retention and win-back. They start from real events, hand off from one stage to the next, and stop the moment a customer replies so your team can take the conversation.

Engineering and technology
A technology company first. Start with Marvenio, then build whatever you need.
Most businesses do not need a brand-new platform. They need a solid foundation and an engineering team that can extend it. Marvenio is that foundation. Our engineers build the custom functionality on top, and custom software outside Marvenio, on your own tech stack, when that is what you need.
Tell us what you need built. We start from the platform, not from scratch.
Retention and lifecycle
Keep the customers you worked hard to win.
Journeys, reminders and win-backs run on the same record as the sale, so retention is part of the system rather than a separate campaign.

Every channel is your choice, and every one reports into the same record.
Do we have to use every service?
No. Every service is a capability you choose, channel by channel and location by location. Each channel can be run by us, run with you, or run by your own team or agency on the platform.
Can we keep our agency or internal team for some channels?
Yes. They keep running the channels they run today, and Marvenio becomes the record they all report to, so every channel is measured the same way.
Do you work our leads?
No. The platform answers every new inquiry in seconds and follows up automatically. Your team holds the conversations. Our team designs the sales motion, configures it on the platform and tunes it with you. If you need people to work your leads, we can help you find them.
Do you build custom software?
Yes, inside the platform or outside it. Our engineers build custom modules and workflows in Marvenio, integrations with any system that has an API, and custom software outside Marvenio, on your own tech stack, when that is what you need.

Who owns the website and the data?
You do. Your website, listings and data stay yours.
Is there a minimum term?
Not for growth services. They run month-to-month, and you can opt out of any channel. Platform plans are annual by default, and shorter terms are part of the fit conversation.
Do you guarantee rankings or leads?
No. Search engines weigh many ranking factors we do not control, so we do not guarantee rankings or lead volume. We do give you one report, with every channel measured against the same record from first click to revenue.

What happens in the Fit Assessment?
It is free. We look at your operations, workflows, stack and pain points across sales, marketing and IT. You get a workflow map, the highest-value automation opportunities and a phased plan. If we are not a fit, we say so.
How long until we are live?
It depends on your stack and scope, and your Fit Assessment plan sets the timeline. Our team connects your systems and configures the platform, so your team starts on a working platform, not an empty one.
Can we keep our current CRM and booking system?
Yes. Connect them, replace them, or migrate in phases. Marvenio syncs two ways with the systems you keep.

Hosting, security and monitoring are built into the platform. Our current status: SOC 1 and SOC 2 examinations in progress (Type I and Type II), and HIPAA-aligned controls, certification in progress. The details are on our trust page.
Can Marvenio support an enterprise?
Yes. Marvenio is enterprise-grade software on AWS-native, secure cloud hosting, built to scale to millions of operations a day and millions of leads and customers, with role-based access, audit logging and two-way sync with the systems you already run.
How are consent and opt-outs handled on email and text?
The platform enforces consent, quiet hours and opt-outs on every send. Carrier registration and deliverability are handled as part of setting up email and text.
